    How easy is it for you to get to sleep? How long do you sleep normally?

    I get to sleep pretty easily once I take a Melatonin. Lately I've been sleeping 8ish hours, usually less during the week. I should change that...

    It depends on what I've done for the day. Sometimes I can fall asleep pretty quickly and other times it seems like it takes forever. I usually use a nose strip with Lavender on it to help sleep.

    I kind of struggle with getting a decent continuous sleep. Very often I wake up in the middle of the night, so I really only sleep in 3-4 hour sessions, have a "break" and then go back to sleep for a few more hours. Thankfully I usually wake up to start the day not feeling tired despite all this.

    I luckily sleep pretty well. I don't have trouble except when I'm super nervous about something the next day xD

    I have trouble falling asleep a lot. If it's too cold then I can't fall asleep. It's why I have like seven blankets on my bed because my suitemates require it to be cold to sleep. But then once I go to sleep it's like 50/50 chance how solid that sleep is. It's either really good or really bad. And usually it's bad.

    I looove sleep. Personally one of my favourite activities. I normally fall asleep like 10 minutes after hitting the pillow but that's only if I'm tired and it's late. I'm quite good at naps as well; the other day I was lying in the hammock outside in the afternoon and accidentally fell asleep. XD I was trying so hard to wake myself up as well.

    It's just incredibly difficult for me to get to sleep. Ever since 2012 I started taking Melatonin to help me sleep when I just can't. Whether it be pain that stopped me from sleeping or something else.

    Also it's very hard for me to sleep with too much heat. Summer I find myself sleeping on top of the covers a lot xD

    I know that pain and suffering of trying to sleep when you're trying to melt as well. You could sleep naked and STILL be way to hot. I never knew the meaning of AC in the summer because we never had it and once Mom and I moved and our place now has AC. HOLY CRAP! It feel weird to cover up in the summer...lol.

    How easy it is to sleep really depends on the day and certain environmental factors, usually I fall asleep in one place and then wake up and head to my bedroom for the rest and sleep a total of 8 or 9 hours, sometimes more. My sleep wake cycle gets messed up pretty easily by things and seems to naturally tend towards being awake at night and early hours of the morning; sort of always was like that. I have some melatonin from a period of insomnia but I dislike the kind of sleep it gives me; it's the kind where I feel like I just closed my eyes for a second and then suddenly hours have passed, I technically slept but no dreams and I don't feel rested. I like sleeping a lot, getting peaceful sleep semi-regularly is feel-good requirement
