How easy it is to sleep really depends on the day and certain environmental factors, usually I fall asleep in one place and then wake up and head to my bedroom for the rest and sleep a total of 8 or 9 hours, sometimes more. My sleep wake cycle gets messed up pretty easily by things and seems to naturally tend towards being awake at night and early hours of the morning; sort of always was like that. I have some melatonin from a period of insomnia but I dislike the kind of sleep it gives me; it's the kind where I feel like I just closed my eyes for a second and then suddenly hours have passed, I technically slept but no dreams and I don't feel rested. I like sleeping a lot, getting peaceful sleep semi-regularly is feel-good requirement
