Yeah, I usually only did stuff in the library if I had time to kill between classes. Otherwise yeah, I'd fly my way home once my last class of the day was done. Living on campus just seemed like hell.

And yeah, I know this silly V-Wheel game has totally made the mention system total bonkers to use, but it's only just for the month. Once November comes... I think I'll do something else. Something zany. A new fun abuse of admin powers. You know the deal. XD

This storm has been pretty odd so far. Lot of rain and wind. It has at least calmed down a lot since the predictions yesterday. I guess because it’s not hitting here as a Category 1 hurricane. That’s good at least. Still got power too while places about a mile away have lost power entirely.

My college has decided that despite there being hurricane force winds and flooding going on today we are gonna be the only college IN THE STATE that isn’t canceling class. They even included a nice little “don’t drown” in the email. OI YEAH THANKS GUYS ILL DO MY BEST.

There's a hurricane going on?

Yeah hurricane michael.

It stayed pretty strong up until it hit mid Georgia as a Category 1 hurricane. Then it shifted to a Tropical Storm before it really hit here. So winds went from being a supposed 60+ to 30-40. So luckily didn’t have to drive to work in it all.

It’s weong they didn’t shut down Noble’s college though. Something life threatening like that with flooding and high winds as with any storm is wrong for them not to take into consideration. Noble, you should take over their counsel! Someone has to wake them up! Take drastic measures!
