I've never been a fan of SpongeBob and it just isn't my kind of thing, but it's sad whenever the creator of something that many people enjoyed and appreciated passes away. When they make a Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade balloon out of the character you've dreamed up and created, you know you did something right.
