It's my favourite food, and although I've never cooked it yet, it's meant to be tough due to lots of layers. I feel like it'll get a lot easier once you do it a couple of times though and you get a rhythm going for it. :)

Practice makes perfect, as they say haha. I'm mostly intrigued by the fact that you can just put raw lasagna noodles (instead of precooking it elsewhere) into the assembly process and the baking part cooks the pasta. I haven't cooked any pasta outside of instant mac and cheese so that's a whole new concept for me lmao
