If I could change one thing, though? Could the "Pokemon, people, all life depends on the sea!" text be a bit easier to read? (prob just increase the letter spacing but idk, the font size is good).

SO I made this... Back to trying out Animated GIF files in Photoshop. After some practice I may even take requests. o:
