I HAVE EXCESSIVE DITHERING TO THANK FOR THAT. Man, I love the dithering in this style so much. It isn't often that you get to go crazy and have fun with dithering in pixel art, so when you do you can experiment with all sorts of combinations and techniques.

True! I think that you have to be very selective with dithering but you did an awesome job. :D
