Where or how would we want to start it? And where in Kanto would everyone be from?

I guess we should pick a place for our headquarters first. Does anyone have any preference? Saffron City would probably make sense since it's so big. Or maybe Celadon?

Do we want something big or something small? Or do we want to not make our place a huge deal per say.

Well the idea I have for Team Trainer is kind of like this...

We have always been around as a kind of union for Pokemon Trainers but during peace time, we don't really need to do much. We just make sure that conditions for trainers and Pokemon are kept fair and maybe we could be involved in keeping Pokemon Centers free for trainers or something. When we heard about all the conflict we realised that it was part of our duty as trainers to solve it and prevent harm to people and Pokemon getting caught in the middle. So we sent out the call to trainers across all nations to meet at our headquarters somewhere in Kanto, where we would begin to plan our next move. That way our members can be from whatever region they like.

If we go with this, then it makes sense that our HQ would be somewhere small and tucked away.

Do you guys like that idea, since you will be the ones using it? xD Feel free to put forward alternate ideas/expand on this one! :D

That sounds like it would be good because I can talk about the oil spill because I talked about it being off the coast of the Vermilion City Port.

Vermillion makes sense in terms of ship access and the vaguely military-ish nature to it. I would have said viridian, because of it's close proximity to Johto, but since so many regions are overseas, yours makes more sense. Now, what about leadership? Who called all trainers like that?

Well depending on who all is role playing we could pick a few leaders for that. Or while Sarah isn't role playing (that I know of) we could still use her as like the leader at the base. We could play her as calling us to give us information.

Of course, there is me, if necessary (I am the OP, after all,) but I think we all know that Sarah is the one who gets things done around here. Honestly, I'm just trying to figure out exactly what to do with my character, really, but we've already made a lot of progress.

Well after doing a tad bit of research because I didn't really know this when I was writing up my character thing but... The people of Vermilion City tend to be very careful about pollution because they don't want the same troubles as Celadon City had with the Grimers and pollution. Now as for our base we could do Celadon City or Vermilion City if we want something on the water.

How about Indigo Plateau? That's something Trainers would like to go to someday. Also cannot think of reasons why as of now.
