Is this how you want your team to be represented? By going onto other team threads and blatantly trying to steal that team's members? I'll say that's not a very good way to go about things. You'll end up losing respect, and it's unlikely that anyone else will be willing to join your team. You will most likely fail miserably in obtaining said person, and you'll be left in ridicule, and embarrassment. You may want to consider some sort of action to prevent this. It's rude and unprofessional.
