Question: Can I do a devamp for this theme? That's SORTA like a recolor.

I suppose that's true that it's SORTA like a recolour, but you'll probably not win or come close if you're gonna reduce the amount of colours. xD I would not recommend it, especially since devamps are in a separate category to recolours.
