The "What do you look like? Thread"

So y'all know how I said I went to a conference a little while ago? Well I became a meme in my delegation's group chat. So here's some of the memes as well as an additional picture that I just love.

The guy on the left's last name is Sloane so the joke is we're Sloane^2 because if we married I'd be Sloane Sloane and I would be the Alpha of all Sloanes. Like oh your name is Sloane? Well my name is Sloane Sloane.

So the context of this photo is that someone was asking where I was and a few guys and I were out for ice cream so one of them took a surprise photo of me and that was this. This became a meme.

So then one of the guys used the meme function in the app and made this. It became a running joke with us to make every picture a "balls to the walls" picture.

So then, the story behind this is that I've travelled to at least seven countries and we were comparing and I was shocked to find someone else had travelled to more countries than me. It was sixteen for those wondering.

The point of the conference was to create proposals that would be discussed and debated and what not. So mine was about disbanding the electoral college and four other people had very similar proposals, which is very unusual.

These two are along the same lines. My roommates made these when I wouldn't stop ranting over Pokemon Go not being released to the states and then non-stop rejoicing when it was.

There isn't enough time in the world to fully explain this and it make any sense so to give you a less complicated version, my delegation's mascot this year was a watermelon named Eduardo. He was stolen and we went on a wild goose chase to find him. We got several misleads (mainly towards the Florida delegation) but in the end it was Tennessee who stole him.

Again, not enough time in the world to explain this in depth but people from… pretty much the not Carolina states in the USA should get this. Cheerwine is a soda that is only available in the Carolinas as far as I know. It's pretty much an urban legend for many other states, which I wasn't aware of until several weeks ago. So when the other delegates from my delegation told me cheerwine is a hot topic at the conference, I thought they were kidding about the extent of this obsession. Needless to say, they weren't.
