I'm looking forward to The Maze Runner, and of course I can't fault Harry Potter and The Hunger Games. Lord of the Rings was pretty good, but I'm still annoyed that each book was only three hours long yet the Hobbit is over NINE thousand hours of film.

As for bad ones.... I'll list three.

The Golden Compass - His Dark Materials as a trilogy is mind-blowing, including the Northern Lights. The Golden Compass was so disastrously wrong, and a horrible film version of the first book.

Ender's Game - It isn't that it's particularly bad, it just was hyped up to be fantastic and, well, wasn't, by a long shot. It had so much potential and failed to grasp that well.

Eragon - I'm not going to say much here. It was god-awful. I despise it.
