What you do is, you have a team of 6 Pokemon. But when you post, you need to replace one member of the team! Also, to make it that more fun, give reasons as to why you replaced that Pokemon.
As on the games, you may only have 1 mega on the team. You may specify items if you so wish, and you must do it if you want the mon to be a mega.
E.g.: Mega Swampert or Swampertite!Swampert is different from just plain Swampert

We can't hope to contain the mighty Kyogre! It's Drizzle also doesn't help anyone else on the team. So bringing in Lapras.
