Hey! Just passing by, but I would like to point out that I have noticed a lot of maths errors in the grading in pretty much all the artistic categories (from what I have seen so far: Drawn Art, Pixel Art and Graphic Art).

For instance, in Drawn Art, someone was given 10 for Theme, 9 for Creativity, 8 for Artistic and 8 for Effort, but ended up with 36 in Total instead of 35.

I have seen such errors in a lot of categories throughout the 3 weeks of judging and, in some cases, it would change the scoring considerably... It is probably too late to correct all theses mistakes, but I would advice all the participants and their teammates to double check to see if the points add up from now on. :)

I'll admit, there's been a few times I was caught red-handed messing up the overall scoring. XD

Still, when someone did, quickly checked it out, see where the miscalculation happened, and adjusted things so it wouldn't happen again. I decided to use an Excel spreadsheet with formulas for accuracy, but sometimes a little debugging is needed. But yeah, having that extra set of eyes helps, since judging isn't always easy, especially if there's a ton of entries to judge.

Like you said, it might be too late to go back and correct all these things, but the very SECOND you see an error like that pop up again, mention the judge right away and I'm sure they'll fix it. Or, if they don't within 24 hours, poke one of us goofy WAR Leaders and we'll whip out the calculator to double check. I'm sure that kind of thing wasn't done on purpose.

I was away for a while, but I will definetly watch over the rest of the grades and report any miscalculations.
