Yeah, when it comes to shopping, I hate having to return stuff because it doesn't work or doesn't do what it's supposed to. It's even worse when you've brought it online and then you have to box it all up again and ship it back. And if you got it custom-made, ouch, good luck trying to return that. Usually they don't take it back.
