I came in like a wrecking ball...
Haha. Hahahaha. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
In some aspects, yes. But mostly no.
For example, I don't smoke, I don't do drugs. I don't drink very often. Maybe one or two beers once a fortnight. Might get drunk once every one or two months, which seems like a bit but compared to people my age, that is pretty infrequent.
However in other aspects I really don't. I don't eat too much but when I do it is mostly crap. I hardly ever eat breakfast as it means I gotta get up earlier and I like sleep too much, or because I get up too late. I eat out a lot, because I am hardly ever at home. And by eat out I don't mean at restaurants. I mean fast food. McDonalds. KFC. Fish and chips. Cheap crap with no nutritional value. Hardly ever eat fruit. Pop Tarts, donuts, ice-cream, potato chips. They are my snack. I hardly ever exercise. My friends play frisbee every so often and I join them but I am very unfit so if we play an actual game and run, I find myself having to rest very quickly. I either get too much sleep or not enough. My sleep pattern is currently pretty messed up. I go to bed late and sleep in late. Then if I have to get up early, I go to bed anyway. Back when I was working I'd be getting up at 5am and instead of going to bed at 9pm like I should, I'd stay up until 11pm or midnight and drink energy drinks the next day to stay awake. I did the maths. My energy drink consumption went up about 400% went I was working.
The other day I didn't get much sleep. Had to be up at 7:30 but stayed awake until midnight playing Fire Emblem and then didn't manage to get to sleep until 1am. When I don't get enough sleep, my guts feel horrible. I get stomach cramps, and feel massively bloated, and find myself constantly running to the toilet. Usually it lasts a day, but this day I didn't eat anything until 3pm because I was busy and felt like eating would make it worse, so I waited until 3 and got fish and chips, then had a burrito at bible study that night. Two days later and my stomach still feels crap. If it isn't better by Monday, I should probably see a doctor.
So hearing all this, you probably expect me to be a balloon, right? Wrong. I am a stick. I'm 175cm (5ft9) and 63kg (139lbs). I used to be overweight, and weighed about 70-75kg (155-165lbs) whilst being a lot shorter, but shortly before I turned 16 (I am nearly 21), I got sick, and stopped eating (not anorexia or anything like that. Just a case of gastro that lasted 2-3 weeks), and because of that, lost a lot of weight. I'm thankful I did. It wasn't until I found an old photo of myself that I realised how chubby I was. I lacked a lot of confidence back then, and I think that knowing I am half decent looking now is what has helped me come out of my shell. Here's a pre puberty photo for reference.

15 year old me vs 18 year old me.
