Stuff like fairies, mythical beasts, etc. Do you believe in that stuff?

I'd like to think that they could. Astronomers estimate 100 BILLION Earth-like planets are in the Milky Way galaxy, while 50 SEXTILLION are in the universe (Source). Mind = blown yet?
Just one of those planets might have an ecosystem or have ecological conditions that made creatures we would consider "mythical" or something along those lines to be possible. Dragons could be possible. Fairies could be possible. Given the right conditions (and with that high number of possible planets), any creature out of fantasy or science fiction could actually be a potential real creature that we just haven't discovered yet in a world that happens to be one of these 50 sextillion. Hey, one of them could have a well-known yellow, electric rodent with red cheeks that uses electricity to defend itself!

Neo kinda has the same thoughts I do i that regard then. There's SO much of space we haven't been able to explore (possibly an infinite realm.....which sounds familiar). Imagine space as like the mind. It could leads to literally infinite possibilities. We just haven't learned how to open up that path yet and maybe for good reason. There's many mysteries in this world alone we don't have explanations to. At times (as I do believe in God) I believe that everything that came into existence "here" was created for a reason, fiction or not. It may not exist here, but does that change the fact or may not exist elsewhere?
A planet that's filled with water, a planet filled with volcanic rocks and lava, a planet that matches ours in more ways that one, or even a planet with what we call "fictional creatures." Space is literally as limitless as the human mind with no answers in sight within the near future. So in THAT unknown speaking, it's something that always has me curious what we can expect to learn from it in our future. None of this stuff may exist in what we call "our" world or our "reality," but that may not mean it doesn't exist in some other dimension or part of the unexplored universe.
Other than that, the only mysteries that worry me is pain or medical issues that may pop up (like mystery viruses that have no explanation).
The time is upon us...
. Pika Pair with the yellow bundle of fluff Chibi Altaria..
I really wish, but no. However I do hope there is life out there somewhere. I mean, if we all exist on this planet, there has to be something else out there on other planets.
I don't believe in any mythology, no, but I agree with Neo in the sense that there's a ton of other worlds out there and possibilities are infinite. We'll never know, though!

Well I'm probably the lowest posting active member. All a part of my brilliant strategy to make the few things i post seem good!
No :( I used to believe in fairies when I was little. My friends at school and I would go around looking for colourful bits of rubbish left by a matching fairy and we all had those little fairy castles with the key you could wear as a necklace. xD
I think this was the actual one I had...
But no, I have sadly grown out of that. Though it is kind of fun to believe in creepy stuff like urban legends and things. "Lost Tapes" is a really fun show where they self-recorded style shows of people encountering strange beasts and things.
