The commercial was so much more than just Pokemon with references. It was also meant to showcase "a goal/something to strive hard for, a goal, determination, and success." With hard work (Pokemon or not) you can achieve anything you have in mind with time and effort. Nothing is out of your reach. You may start off small or with little compared to others, but nothing is ever out of reach.

I really enjoyed the commercial. Only thing disappointing was it aired only once on TV. So if you missed it when aired on TV during the 3 quarter you were out of luck. So congrats to Pokemon and it success and great commercial!
