I came in like a wrecking ball...
Come children, it is story time with Jacob!
I got into a lot of fights at primary school. I can't remember details of a few of them, so here are a few I do remember.
Grade Four- Corey
When I was in grade four, I moved to a new school, where I was bullied profusely. After about six months, something happened, (I can't remember what) and Corey told me he wanted to fight me the next day. I went home and told my parents. Mum panicked like usual, and Dad told me what to do (how to punch him). I don't remember this but dad has told me the story. Apparently he dropped me off at school, then sat in the back of his Hilux, ate his lunch and watched what happened. Turns out this kid was hanging from the monkey bars and before he could do anything, I ran over and spear tackled him to the ground...
Grade Five- Jason
When I was in grade five, there was a kid called Jason in grade three. He and his mates picked on my brother in grade one. Told him they would bash him or something. One day at lunch him and his friends started to pick a fight with me, so I told them to piss off, and leave my brother alone, then walked over to the grade 5-6 area. They followed me, and Jason pushed me. So I gave him a black eye. I punched him a couple of times in the face.
The school found out and called both our parents. They called my dad and told him I had punched a kid and given him a bruised face. Dad asked why I did it and they said he picked a fight, and when I walked away, kept doing it and started pushing me. Dad told them to get stuffed, because I did nothing wrong haha.
Year 10- Jimmy
When I was in grade 6, I ended up moving to another school, and stayed there until I finished year twelve. When I was in year 10 there was a kid who made my life hell. Jimmy. For six months he picked on me. And on the last day of term 2, I snapped.
Our lockers were next to eachother, and he loved shoving the door of mine into me just to annoy me. This day I was carrying a heap of books and dropping them. So I slammed my elbow into his face. He grabbed me and nearly beat the crap out of me, but one of the year twelves pulled him off of me. He went to walk out, however I was still pissed, so I shouted "Did you wake up on the wrong side of your mother this morning?", causing him to come back in and try and bash me again. Luckily the same year 12 was there and pulled him off. I was talking to people from other year levels a few years later and the topic came up. They all agreed he was a tosser.
Funny thing is though, that I think he might have had a bit of respect for me after that. See, he got expelled a few months later. The day he was expelled, I forgot my key, so had to leave my bag in the coordinators office. He was out the front, waiting for the coordinator, and the door was locked. I was already late, and he offered to take my bag in so i could get to class.
I have only seen him once since them. After that he started an apprenticeship, and I ran into him at a party. He said hi and seemed pretty friendly. Could have been the alcohol, but my mate said he has changed a lot now that he isn't in school and is doing something he loves.
