What is the operating system of your computer? Or the computer you use the most?

Note: not for mobiles devices.


I use Windows 7. I had a Mac for years and never warmed to OSX. xD Windows for me.

Windows 10. Not sure why it has a bad rep, I'm fine with it.

Windows 7. I have no intention of upgrading it. I got this computer in June and made sure that it was windows 7 and not 8, and with some of the stuff that Microsoft has done in Windows 10, I'll stick with this. Maybe my next computer if Windows 7 becomes too outdated, but not now.

I know it's better than 8 considering 8 was designed for tablets, but I think for me, Neo, it's more about being used to/familiar with 7 and having a reluctance to change when I'm already happy with how it is. I think, like Mike, I'd be annoyed if they changed things I was content with, especially if it's in some illogical way (which is not at all unusual for Microsoft xD). Fear of the unknown combined with contentment for the current version, with a dash of "WHY DID THEY CHANGE THIS?!"

I'll admit, Windows 10 did feel a little weird at first and it took a bit of time before I got used to it, but eventually I did and it feels quite cozy. I'm just glad I didn't bother with Windows 8, because that one I heard all kinds of grief about.

Running OS X Yosemite. Was Windows 7 until 2 years ago, then got lent a Mac which I now love. Plan on getting a new one in the next few months.

It was Windows 8.1...til I found my new laptop didn't work right. So I got a refund.

Then it was Windows 10....til I found out months later after that laptop started having issues that the warranty was under someone else's name. It was supposed to be new. So I complained and got a request to get my money back.

Now I'm back on my broken laptop. Soooooooo Windows 7 =3....but I plan on getting Windows 10 again

Running 7 on both my laptops and 8.1 on my desctop. Just gotten used to it so i'm not upgrading to 10 untill i have to.
Fun fact: i actually had to look up how to turn the bloody thing off fist time i used it. Bottom line. Win8 sucks.

OSX! Currently running El Capitan - makes me feel like a pirate. XD Thinking of buying a Surface Pro 4, though. Only thing is I'm so used to Mac now, I dunno how that's gonna turn out...

Windows 10, mainly because 7 has barely any support anymore.
