Your Zodiac Sign

[Chibi Altaria]

Well the Zodiac signs are always an odd point for me, because I'm born on the cusp of Cancer and Leo; although my mum says I was a Leo when I was born. I'm riiiiiiiiight on July 23, so generally I hold traits of both signs. But for the sake of not getting into an essay, I might just post Leo's here. xD

Leo Strength Keywords:

Confident; I think this one totally missed me, cause unless it's something know well I lack SO much confidence it's not funny. xD
Ambitious; This one really depends. I mean, yeah, I have HUGE goals, but a lot of the time I lack the motivation to do so. Although in regards to my schoolwork, I always seem to bite off more than I can chew, and end up working five times harder than everyone else. x:
Generous; I like to think so? Mind you I can be equally selfish, but I'm always giving gifts to others and it makes me day when I see my friends happy. c:
Loyal; You hurt my friends, I cut you. Big time. No one messes with my peeps. 3< Also if I make a prior engagement and say I'm going to be there, I WILL BE THERE.
Encouraging; Yes! I'm always telling others to do their best. I'm just not SELF encouraging. xD

Leo Weakness Keywords:

Pretentious; Uhm, this one not so much. I'm actually rather humble in what I do. Though I do like credit given to my hard effort.
Domineering; Not really. xD I mean I DO like things to go my way...oh, that might be domineering, eh?
Melodramatic; Oh hell no. Just don't ask my step mum, she might disagree a little.
Stubborn; I CANNOT STRESS HOW TRUE THIS IS. I blame my dad, cause he is exactly the same.
Vain; I can be selfish at times, but not particularly vain. And I'm certainly not obsessed with myself. I LOATHE selfies and photos to no end. xD

Leo and Independence:
Leo is very independent but they need something to control and someone to admire them and appreciate them. They are fully capable of being greatly successful on their own but they are much happier if they have an audience and a following of people who look up to them. They would prefer not be alone.

AHAHAHA. *coughs* I like doing my own thing, which I suppose is a type of independence, but I do rely a lot on other people. And then get really annoyed when they let me down. >.> I do like my efforts to be notice, and feel down when they're not. Cause I mean really, I worked hard. I can be successful by myself (school proved this), and I like my alone time, but I get lonely when I don't have anyone around me. For this reason I would hate living alone.

Leo and Friendship:
People are attracted to Leo's zest for life and their warm spirit. They have the ability to lift up one's spirits and provide encouragement when times are rough. Their enthusiasm attracts people, Leos are social butterflies, not because they want to be but because people always naturally gravitate and surround the Leo. Leos are very difficult people to not like, they are usually fairly balanced, realistic people. They never dwell on the past and they will think you are strange if you do. Some Leos might be too caught up in themselves and be very self-centered but they are never too self-absorbed to help anyone who needs it. They pamper their friends and treat them well. A Leo is the ultimate friend. They do not hold a grudge and they are very forgiving. They have respect and understanding of people's differences.

The zest for life part missed me. xD Although I do really want to travel! I'm totally NOT a social butterfly, however. In fact I got more of Cancer's 'social recluse' attitude than anything. I dunno about others, but people never flock around me. xD I also dwell on the past a LOT when I shouldn't. Though I can be self-centered, but I'm not gonna shut out anyone who needs help. My friends are my treasures, since I have so few. 3: I do so hold grudges. xD *for years* But I have the ability to see all sides of the story, and ultimately end up forgiving (even if I never forget).

Leo and Business:
Business dealings are easy and successful for Leo, if they are in command and control. This can cause conflict in the workplace should the Leo not be in a position of superiority, but they usually get there eventually thanks to their powerful drive to succeed, in other words, they are excellent leaders because this is their kingdom they have to control, and they do it well. Leo has an amazing ability to get along with people and they work best in a group as opposed to alone. They can be very diplomatic in a group setting and can delegate people well, however Leo will not take orders. They need to give orders but with their enthusiasm and cheerfulness, other people do not have a problem taking orders from a Leo because they are never condescending and they treat others with respect and equality. Leos are full of drama, flair and extravagance and this reflects in the business world. They make an impact, they make a difference in the workplace and help to keep the parts moving in sync and iron out any problems before they arise. If the business fails, that means that Leo fails and they are extremely determined not to fail. Leo is the most extravagant sender of all astrology signs. They will not over do it but they will surround themselves with luxury as much as possible. They will never settle for second best.

XD This is quite funny, because my boss often likes to tell me to let things go a little. I'm forever trying to convince him that my way is right, even though in the design world it's always opinion based. But come on, you can clearly tell when a design is bad. >.> Although apparently client's can't. In group assignments at school I always led everyone else, mainly because everyone else was too lazy to actually DO anything. I actually work best alone, though. I am a solo lion. xD I hate following others and being told what to do. Unless it's in my workplace, you will not order me to do something. 3< I hate failure, so failure is not an option under my roof. xD Everything I have done has succeeded because I hate giving up. Also anything second best isn't worth my time. I ALWAYS aim for the top. :p

Leo Temperament:
Leo loves the new and extraordinary, they despise dull, regular routines and if this is what they are faced with, they will simply create their own drama and excitement. This makes Leo prone to stir up a situation out of nowhere just for something to keep their vivacious temperament satisfied. Leo has an amazing ability to bounce back from any feelings of despair or unfortunate events. They do not like to be unhappy, it hurts their pride so they will take matters into their own hands and make things right again. Leos could come into conflict with other powerhouse type of people who will not take orders and not give an inch, Leos will not budge their opinion, they will understand and accept opinions of others but they do not take well to people to try to impose their beliefs on them. Leo most often have the temperament of a demanding, spoiled child but this is only shown if someone steps on the boundaries of their kingdom. They react this way because of their territoriality.

YES YES YES. That said, once I get stuck in a routine it becomes the new normal for me. xD However I HATE dull and boring things, I wanna go somewhere new! Or try a new food, or something. :3 AHA. xD Nope, I don't bounce back well from being hurt at all. Although the next part is right. I am SO stubborn if I believe in something I will not give in. Ever. So be prepared for a long stand off. xD Hmm, maybe now I know why I'm so infuriated by everything my step siblings do since they moved into my/dad's house a few months ago.

Leo Deep Inside:
Leos are extremely sensitive but they hide that very well. Leos love praise and flattery, their egos demand respect and adoration. Leo is all about pride. This can cause them to be self-centered but the warmth of the Leo heart keeps it under control. If Leo's audience (otherwise known as their friends) do not provide the needed appreciation, Leo is too proud to ask for it and they will suffer a hurt ego, but no one will ever know and they will suffer in silence. The secret of the Leo is that they need to be needed.

Touche. :p I get upset very easily, pretty much at the drop of a hat. But everyone else will be the last to know because I never show it (unless someone asks directly). Yush. =u= I loved to be praised for what I do, and it hurts when it goes unnoticed (I'm looking at YOU, Deviant Art!). xD Ah yeah, I suffer a lot inwardly, and a lot of it is self-inflicted because of my stupid pride.

Leo in a Nutshell:
Leo is the lion, this well suited symbol represents Leo very well. They possess a kingdom which they protest and cherish. The are high esteemed, honorable and very devoted to themselves in particular! The kingdom could be anything from work to home to a partner, whatever it is, you rule it. Yup! I try my best for myself, and not because other people told me to. What wit and charm? xD I actually have nothing to say that is ever interesting, since I'm not a very opinionated person. I buy the top of the range when I buy something, however at least I'm very wise about spending my money. xD Therefore I'm quite good at saving. Moral of this part; don't cross me. :p I am the least impulsive person ever. xD Although yeah, when something needs done I'm not just gonna sit around and wait. If you want something done right, do it yourself!

She needs someone who is passionate about everything in their life and who strives for the best in everything, because so does she.

^ This x100. I cannot go out with people who have no interest in what I do, or no similar interests at all. I used to think this was a bad trait, but now I just see it as who I am, and that's fine. I despise people who don't give it their all, because I know they could be so much better if they actually did. For this reason I particularly don't like it when people just sit back in their lives and think everything comes to them by waiting.


Huh, so this was mostly spot on. I could go over Cancer's but I won't. xD Cancer houses my more sensitive side that Leo neglects. So between the two (a sun AND moon sign) I am really quite an emotionally unstable person. XD
