    Swear like a sailor

I'm pretty sure that anyone who knows me will know I cuss at the drop of a hat. And I hate people who tell me that's not very ladylike or you sound so unintelligent. The funny thing is I didn't ask you if you like it or not so kiss my well you know.

So what about you? Are you a sailor with a potty mouth or are you one of those that can hold your tongue?

I can't stand people who say it makes you look unintelligent. It's like, why do you even care? Sure, there's a time and place, but in a casual setting, WHO. CARES. It also doesn't make you look "unintelligent" if you DELIBERATELY CHOOSE TO USE THOSE WORDS. It's like: I LIKE using those words, thank you very much! They add a certain emphasis to things I can't get otherwise. Sure if you overuse the same word in the same sentence 50 times whenever you're NOT trying to emphasize upon something, you begin to lose the meaning of the word...but nonetheless.

I can hold my tongue, but I don't in a casual setting. I can 100% understand people who don't like offensive words, and I respect that! But to people who have the gall to call someone or say that someone sounds unintelligent because of how they choose to speak, you really need to reassess your way of thinking.

Personally, I swear very rarely, but I don't mind it at all if other people cuss. I honestly don't think it's a big deal, and by now, everyone has seen swear words.

It does bother me a little when little kids swear. That's usually a sign the parents let them get away with everything and anything.

I partially agree with that last point of yours. Kids swear because they're around a much more open-minded society nowadays where swearing in public (by passers-by, for instance) is done much more freely. Additionally, no matter how good or bad your parents are, kids still might cuss around their friends to fit in and the like. They're bound to make friends with someone who's parents are like how you described: uncaring.

But I don't like it when kids openly cuss around or in front of their parents. Simple things like damn and hell, whatever, I honestly don't consider them swear words myself....but yeah, I definitely see what you mean

When I have a kid, I want them to know about the world around them. If they ask questions, I want to be mostly honest. Its how my parents have raised me: they would pretty much always openly and honestly answer questions I had for them. Theyd always make sure to emphasize right from wrong, though.

At school, I curse a tiny bit, and that's when it's just me and my close friends a ways away from anyone else. Or by accident cx. I also try not to in front of my parents, in front of friends I don't know as well, etc. But catch me on Skype or hanging out with besties? My mouth is a regular cursing waterfall.

They always say that cursing makes you look less intelligent. I'm sorry but if throwing an F-Bomb around helps me get my point across then I'll do it. You can't tell me that I can't cuss to express myself.

I don't really swear much. I don't have an issue with it it just wasn't something really done in my house growing up so I never got used to it. xD

I don't really like swearing when its directed at other people. It intimidates me a bit. And I think there's a time and place for it and that it shouldn't really be done in public around little kids and stuff. (Hate the train sometimes :P) I dint mind if its done in jest or in random conversation but I hate swearing in arguments because I find it a bit disrespectful, I guess. xD

well! that's where typing Mujaffa and speaking Mujaffa differs! i hold myself when typing because reading back typing the way i talk just seems um, fu**n stupid, is how i would word it.
i dont think about what i say unless im trying to set up a joke, or somethimes i'll swear in the joke because im trying to make a bloody point damn it! so yeah anyone who has ever talked to me face to face or on skype in a voice based conversation will know that i'm not the person you bring around to very sensitive people.
i can hold my tounge, as long as i dont get too comfterable. because once i start yapping i will stop at nothing! and replacing words like "stuff" with "Shi*" instead of "man" in norwegian i'd say "lřk" which means onion, that's a thing here, i dont know. dont worry about it!

I use swear words accidently (like, when I drop things) or when I excitedly get talking, like there's no filter from my head to my mouth.

Strangely, such words don't appear by themselves when I get angry at someone, unless I deliberately think and use them.
