Okay... so... how would people feel about us starting with 14 people? We've been kind of waiting for a 15th person for a while, so I'm not sure if people want to continue waiting for a bit or ZOMG THEY'RE JUST ITCHING TO GET GOING NOW AND CAN'T WAIT ANY LONGER.
