Question #2 was "46-8" because 46 is the country code for Sweden and 8 is for Stockholm. Just having "46" or "8" wasn't enough, you'd need to be punching in both numbers to call someone there.

Question #3 could have been Norman Quentin Cook, but Quentin Leo Cook was acceptable because that's the name he was born with.
