I THOUGHT OF THAT TOO. We can just draw normal types using super effective attacks. c: Although ditto will never have a super effective attack... :C

What if we draw a Ditto using transform! Then it will still technically be a normal type and it can use moves of other Pokemon. *O* ...Only we will never be able to draw an actual Ditto...
