    Sleep in or up early?

    WELL?!

    I generally sleep late and wake up late. xD Not usually later than 10am (if I'm not doing anything that day). But yeah, I go to bed between 1am-2am which is probably bad. When I have to get up early, I normally go between 11:30pm - 12am. I'm hopeless at sleeping earlier than that. xD

    I get up early! On the weekends I usually wake up around 8. If I try and sleep in longer once I've properly woken up then I end up getting a bit of a headache and feeling blah the rest of the day. xD I also go to bed early so that probably helps.

    I'm sure some of you have seen me up really late. I usually don't go to bed until at least 2 AM. If I'm studying for an exam or something, I might be up till 5 AM or not even sleep. I try to wake up around 10:30 AM, though. If I wake up at 1 PM or later, I get sad because it feels like the day's already gone.

    I also stay up late because I prefer gaming at night. It's more peaceful and I'm able to enjoy the game more. Day gaming has too many distractions.

    There's really not much consistency in my sleep patterns, because I live near both train station that likes to blare horns at 5am and next to an office building that hires landscapers that get to work around 5:30am or 6am. So after going to sleep around 12-12:30ish, I have that junk waking me up, forcing me to stay awake for about another half hour before trying to return to sleep. And then, ultimately, I wake up just about whenever. Sometimes I can't go back to sleep after being woken up by all those annoying noises.

    I see you post around early. xD Maybe one day...one day...I'll be good at sleeping early and rising early. ONE DAY.

    YES OMG. I don't know your time exactly, but when you're still up and it's 7:30pm here, I'm like "FATE. DO YOU HAVE EYELIDS? CLOSE THEM." YES OH MY GOSH ME TOO. That's why I like waking up around 10. xD I haaaaaaaate sleeping in past 10:30 so I always set an alarm. xD

    I totally hear you about day gaming. Also I'm more creative at night, but it doesn't help that I also get sleepy really quickly... xD I used to stay up so late writing stories that I'd nod off at my computer for a minute or two whilst still writing, and I'd snap back awake and look back at what I'd been writing and realise that it's total gibberish that usually involved details from whatever quick daydream (night dream-but-not-a-dream?) I just had, but had nothing to do with the story. xD That's when I knew a had a problem...

    I used to be a total night owl. The summer before I started uni, I was going to bed at 7am and waking up in the late afternoon. However, times have changed and I have been forced into being an early bird. 8am is my norm, but a student placement was getting me up at 5:50am. However, I tend to go to bed around 10-11pm. Too many things happen for me to sleep earlier, and I like Skyping with my BF before catching zs.

    If left without morning commitments, however, I start to revert back to being a night owl. It's my default cx

    Early to bed and early to rise... Eh, I'm too lazy for that. XD I'm usually pretty consistent in my sleep pattern; I try to fall asleep between midnight and 1 and usually wake up between 8 and 9. Oddly enough, I have a hard time sleeping in later than that unless I'm really sleep-deprived.

    Go to bed at 2 at the earliest, up an hour before I have to be somewhere, usually college, finish up my day or get out with a few hours to wait, go to sleep, wake up later, and if I have a night class that day, get up at least an hour before I need to be there as well. After that, I'm up. Essentially, my day is mostly sleeping.

    i tend to stay up until anywhere between 1 and 6 am, and then wake up anywhere between 9 am and 3 pm

    my sleep schedule is a mess.........

    I'm one of those with a bipolar sleep schedule. During the week I have to be up at 4am for work at 5 so I TRY to go to bed by 9pm. On the weekends I sleep no later than 9am though I'm usually awake by 7am and I hate it because I don't feel like I've slept in.
