Out of curiosity though, is there somewhere we discuss the plot going on (like future posts maybe planned) or affected player/character scenes questions? Or is that all a play as you go thing?

I'm sure the answer is more simple than my slipping mind is thinking right now xD...tired from the work day, but I wanted a new post in and had a quick question I thought of (along with a few ideas) while there.

Lol yup my mind was just super tired still when I asked that xD. Some reason I couldn't make that out. Nah nothing yet, but I'm kind of getting an idea where to move my character at this point. Trying to keep ideas flowing to about how to continue it even. Will for sure post it if I do have some to discuss though.

For those who are wondering (and so that they know this storyline actually does have some direction), what I'm doing with Jonathan is he is going to use Sloane's pen and markers and paper to track what foods and drinks turn people into what and what doors lead to what other rooms by writing on the walls, floor, and so on. This is going to lead to him trying to map out the entire Trick House Underground for everyone stuck inside it to know what doors can lead to what rooms, know where they're going, and what foods are "relatively" safe to eat. He's hoping this will lead to them figuring out every nook and cranny of the Underground and eventually find where a possible exit might be to help everyone escape...

...which is going to get the attention of the Trick Master in a bad way. By doing this, Jonathan's undermining the whole intention of having the Underground confusing, shocking, and bewildering, and that might lead to something bad happening (I haven't decided what, yet, but you're welcome to decide!).

Now, you're free to help Jonathan in this little mission once you learn of the plan from him directly (like how Sloane did) or see his work in action. You're also free (and highly encouraged) to interject your own ideas for having things change in the storyline, but even if you're stumped on that for now, trust me, things will take interesting turns anyway.

I wonder if there's a way to break whatever system makes the maze work like it does and destroy the it. (which is what I'm going to call it for now) Which would be kind of interesting. What happens when a system that works to destroy all possible conceptions of reality stops working? Does logic return or does the system go crazy and make things even more messed up?Is it even possible to make things more messed up?

Well as for right now I'm trying to buy myself time to plan out something while I set Brian on seeing exactly how far some of these transformations will actually stretch. Somehow it will for sure end up having him run into another, but unless it happens through someone else's post I don't have it planned at least for a good few more posts. Once things start heating up I'm sure it'll get a little more strange and crazy in things that happen. Like you were saying Neo, yeah the Trick Master probably wouldn't like anything becoming easier. So things are bound to be noticed and get strange.

That's a good question. I imagine it would be pretty chaotic, but again, these are some of the things we can do along the line.

Ever watch the movie Coraline? That movie gets REALLY screwed up, and I imagine it would probably start becoming something along those lines, where the Trick Master gets pissed and makes everything start taking a dark and wicked turn and parts of the Trick House Underground start collapsing or turning in on itself.

Having some bizarre and deranged creatures and things start appearing to challenge and fight our characters might be interesting as well.

Definitely, what Jonathan's doing would be considered "cheating" in the Trick Master's eyes. We're still in the introduction, so the aftermath of the situation won't pop up too soon, but we can definitely make things get dark and crazy further down the road.

Hmm, I feel like the way I'm still writing I haven't learned how to explain it as well yet. Don't worry though I'll figure it out soon enough! xD Just taking me a bit of time because some reason I'm finding myself switching on and off with first and third person.

I actually just thought of another crazy one idea I'm going to use soon (most likely next post), but I thought about sources of food and stuff and thought....this sounds like it would work, but be really cruel at the same time. A few other ideas have sprung up, but no idea if it will come up or not.....at least not yet.

I've been using a randomizer to determine what Pokemon Sonya gets turned into. 1-720 is what I've been going with and the results have been pretty comical. When I saw Galvantula come out of it, I started snickering. That's been the funniest one so far. :P
