I'm usually pretty careful about wearing safety gear, though. Even when I use the chainsaw to cut up logs, I'll still be using safety glasses just because of all the sawdust that flies everywhere, even though the glasses are pretty uncomfortable.

I mean I usually arrive late to this class so I guess it's okay. Though yuo know you're early when the room isn't even open yet.

There were a lot of times when I arrived at class only to wait for the class ahead of me to finish. And there were times when it took fifteen minutes or more.

I'm usually overly-early to everything. And yep, that usually means sitting around for a while. I think too many times, I missed out on something just because of being late by a tiny bit.

See that was me last semester. Now? All of my classes are five minutes from my dorm and procrastination is key.

Ah, that makes sense. I was always a commuter, so I had to compensate for possible traffic. And my college was about 45 minutes away from my house. It was quite a bit of a drive, but living on campus is insanely expensive. Not to mention I tried it during orientation for a night and it terrible. Figures the fan I lugged around all day wouldn't work that night on one of the hottest nights of the year. >.<

I can't say I'm the luckiest guy. XD

It was quite a bit of a drive, but living on campus is insanely expensive. Not to mention I tried it during orientation for a night and it terrible. I live on the nicest dorms on campus for non-honors freshmen. So I'm good. It's expensive, yes, but it's really nice. The fitness center is only a 15 minute walk rather an a 30 minute walk. All my classes are within five minutes of my dorm. Most of my club meetings are right here too. There's more pokestops on this side of campus. The only downside is there's almost no restaurants on this side of campus other than chick-fil-a and the mess hall. And it's not that I don't love that but the high rises (where most students live) have a mess hall, a subway, a bagel shop, a panda express, an ice cream shop, and a movie theater. Though they did just open a few more places like starbucks, which wich, taco twister, and raising cane but they weren't open all last semester and they're not exactly convenient to go to.

Okay, you have WAAAYYY more at your campus than I did. That still sounds a LOT nicer. We had mostly local mom and pop places. They weren't bad, but... they weren't anything to celebrate either. Campus nightlife was nil as well. Not to mention if you were out late in town, there was a good chance of you getting robbed at gunpoint. Happened quite often, which was another good reason why I was happy not to live on campus.

Dorm rooms at my campus were like storage closets. Tiny windows, SUPER HOT, and I got to sleep (I didn't actually get any sleep that night though) in the same dorm building where three students died in a dorm fire a few years back. The bathrooms were abysmal. There was no way I could deal with that. I hate having filthy bathrooms. Which reminds me, the bathroom at home could really use a reapplication of some tile grout, but that's a big project and I haven't ever done it before.
