There are some that keep saying "oh, act your age," but that's all a selective perception. At the end of the day, age is just a number. There's no personality traits tied to age numbers, so all that number ends up being is just how many times people sang Happy Birthday to you.
Honestly people that want to judge you for liking things that they deem childish are exactly what they accuse you of being. Projection is a powerful thing.

Best thing about being an adult is that you can combine your childlike wonder and passions with things (i.e. dirty jokes and other abstract thoughts that never would have occurred to you as a child because undeveloped frontal lobe) that you...picked up as an adult
