Also, a LOT of sites are pushing forward on Net Neutrality today. I already used DeviantArt to send a letter to the FCC, but I imagine mine is probably just getting lost in a sea of millions of these things (which is okay, I'm glad there's tons of people protesting against this). If this garbage passes, the backlash on the FCC and ISPs supporting it could be very catastrophic. Already people have been talking about disconnecting from ISPs involved in this and going with local ones.

Well technology just hates me. Not only is my computer down (just sent it off today for repair), but my internet and phone are both starting to act super odd and not work right. So that's why my results for judging were a bit later than I'd have liked too. I had to borrow my brother's computer for a while and get the Ethernet connected to it from the router to even get connected. Luckily right now my phone is working away from home. On a connection at this restaurant at least. Battery is draining though...

My CW entry is 4,782 words so far. It took me a while to think of something good, but I'm about 75% done with it and have a good ending and stopping point in mind. But yeah, yours is currently more than double of mine in size. There are a few things I could do to expand on it, but I'd rather get the basics down first and then stuff it up with description and adjectives a little later if there's extra time.

I feel like touching a Ninetails tail could be good or bad. On one side you're cursed, but....there's a chance to become a Pokémon xD. As long as the intention is pure and not filled with hate.

Well like, I could probably stop at any time, it just doesn't feel like there's a true appropriate stopping point. Right now I'm revising a bit though because one of the scenes I was so hyped on writing I just realized is not entirely scientifically accurate. Whoops.

Depends on the curse. We could creste the Pikapocolypse for 1000 years! Oh wait...we can do that without it. We have infinite supplies of the Pika flu powder and the.....*cough* secret thing that starts it in the first place. ;)

It's definitely just a USA issue for now. Pretty much net neutrality in a nut shell is that our internet providers, like Verizon and Comcast, currently cannot prevent us from visiting certain sites by lowering bandwidth for those sites and such. It's illegal because of net neutrality. However, if we lose net neutrality, then Comcast can say that they do not like that people are using Netflix and Youtube rather than, for example, Hulu. So Comcast will lower the bandwidth for Netflix and Youtube for its customers, saying either the customers have to pay more money to get the regular bandwidth for these sites that Hulu has, or, if Youtube and Netflix want to be on the regular bandwidth platform automatically, then those companies have to pay Comcast a certain amount of money every month in exchange for the regular bandwidth.

ISPs are already monopolistic as it is, but this gives them way more power than they should have. It allows these companies to control where people go to get their news, their facts, and other things, as well as decimating the chances of new companies from taking off on the Internet without having to deal with hefty fees. It's to the point that this is so bad that Amazon, Twitter, Facebook, Deviantart, Discord, Youtube, and Imgur all have banners up for it.
