If you think they're serious enough, call the security office at your campus and if they don't help or you can't reach anyone, call the police.

You can called the police at that point. Security office is nice and all, but if someone is threatening you? Oh man, don't even screw around. 911 will end that and their hopes of going to that college as well as probably their chance at whatever career they were wanting.

I know the office where I work would rather have employees call their emergency number first, likely because they would work with the emergency responders and would tell them where to go and how to get there. Security would be way more familiar with the layout of the campus and if the person who is calling for help is on the third floor of building C, the police or paramedics might not know what building that is, but security would and could direct them there.

I still think it might be better for Noble to try campus security first if she knows their number. But yeah, like I said, if they don't help out or pick up the phone quickly within the first five minutes, go with 911.

Yeah most places have different rules and settings. When there's an actual threat involved though, I personally think it would be more worth calling the police. Then they bring in an investigation. Less handle of paperwork or evidence "mysteriously" disappearing.

We contacted our RA who contacted the RA on call who told us to contact the associate director of housing. They might have contacted the police at some point and I just don't know it because I was busy watching the government shutdown when this was all happening like the politics nerd I am. TLDR Miss Yandere, my ex roommate, apparently told several people she was going to make our lives and living hell but especially the life of one of my suitemates who is in the same major and some of the same classes as her.
