I like the idea of using some light-build RNG mechanics, but I think I'd just start my own thing with a fresh storyline and stuff like that. And I have some ideas, but I think the biggest question I have is whether to make it PVP or not.

Yeah taking over someone else’s story would be hard to do while trying to stick to the similar plot and creating your own from there. So something brand new would be best in my opinion.

Pain and aches are tough to deal with. I still even now have daily aches and pains in the areas affected by my lung collapse and surgery. It’s been 2 years since too. Hopefully whatever is causing your pains and aches clear up and heal soon.
