Off topic slightly, I always thought Groudon was a fire-type when I played throughout my run-throughs of Ruby... XD And then I was horribly mistaken. *shakes fist at Groudon and Lugia* Those two always mixed me up when I was younger... haha... XD

Latio got where i was going with it. Though it really wont be talkinga bout for a long long time in the story. The last event was the last time the two weather pokemon were effected. The Genies from Unova will be mentioned in the incident as well. Thanks latio almost forgot them.

However, Lugia was never brought in any gcea storylines ! fell short with Gold and Silver.

Lugia is probably going to be absent from the entire series at this point, unless you want to send some lucky Trainer to Naval Rock (the location in Hoenn where you could get one-and only one-of the Legendary Johto Birds). And said Trainer might pick Ho-oh instead.

hahaha Ho-Oh is already with a trainer. The locations of legend in GCEA really doesnt had much to do with there location in gcea. You should already know this !

No, and ill tell you why, first its way to early and second legends outside of the Hoenn can not be captured in this version. At some point legends will come up as something someone can try for but right now, no legends are catch able at this point.

Yep. You COULD meet Legendary Pokemon this early in the journey, even on friendly terms, but they're very busy with keeping nature in balance and a lot of other stuff. Actually being able to USE one is definitely going to be an Endgame thing, considering that only a full set of badges makes a Trainer strong enough to be able to obtain a Legend.

If people want to encounter legendaries, but, we may be able to organise a dream quest for said legendary. No promises though. Dream quests are still massively in development.
