Any particular reason why Helioptile - which was suggested by at least two people that I knew of - wasn't included? :/

X and Y has a very limited amount of pokemon. My concern was putting out to many pokemon from x and y would take away from any later chance of getting one. really I knew people were seeking out the starters and I thought the first batch would make people happy.
