Oh, yes, forgot. Though, probably not appropriate now, I got this egg at some point. Wait for Pichu to hatch for it, if at all possible. Craig stumbling on it with little fuss will suffice. No bells and whistles, please.

Yeah. For the record, I'd make the encounter with most of these as simple as possible unless otherwise specified: As horde Pokemon are a thing in-game, then I would make it a thing in GCeA to...Quicker explain where the Pokemon come from, with the specified gifts being asleep. A legitimately sleeping Pokemon is a VERY easy capture, they don't try to resist at all...You get what I mean by that?

Throwing a pokeball at a sleeping pokemon ? Its really not a big deal to just have them arrive as a gift.

Um, I'm confused. In Emerald, you're giving a Togepi to Lucian for having 20 Pokemon in the Pokedex. The requirements for Togepi state you need to capture 20 wilds, and you have said capturing Pokemon and having them in the dex are NOT one and the same. Did that change or no?

Any new pokemon that is being added to your box is added to the capture section(which includes all events). All pokedex were updated to meet that requirement last time i went through all trainer card.

This is the reason I keep a pokedex like i do. So I have a better visual of pokemon I own.

Heres how it works.

6 Pdex/3 Captures/3Evolutoins/2 Final Stage Pokemon.

Charmeleon, Plulse , Dustox

So how many pokemon is that.

3 captures, because their are three pokemon.
3 evoltuions

1. Charmander to Charmeleon
2. Wurmple to Cascoon
3. Cascoon to Dustox

2 Full Evolved
1. Dustox
2. Plusle

6 Pokedex

Charmander and charmeleon
Plusle
wurmpe, casoon and Dustox.

I don't think you get my question-I understand that much. I have tallies for all of those things and the concept makes sense. Allow me to rephrase it...Togepi's requirement is 20 wild Captures. Not '20 Pokemon in Dex' (which is basically the wording for Feebas'es requirements with '20' instead of '170'), but 20 wild captures. And you have said in the past that Gifts don't count for the capture total-that's definitely part of the Dex total, of course, but definitely not the capture total.

I'm asking why Lucian is getting a Togepi because Lucian doesn't actually have 20 captured Pokemon! While I'm at it, I should point out that the same is true of DASH and MAGNUS, the latter sitting at the highest capture total of anyone in GCeA as of right now...19. Yes, ONE short as of right now!

Im not sure where you got that from if there is a rule that says that please find it for me otherwise I have no idea what you are talking about. Since the first gcea all pokemon have been added as captures no matter what if they were your pokemon they have been added to captures first.

Please find the rule that says this and I will adjust it because there has been some confusion here.

I may have been mislead on that much. However, if it's not, it REALLY REALLY REALLY SHOULD be, because you literally got a good chunk of Pokemon that helped you get it from gifts/contest rewards. Though it's OK to have earned Pokemon through contests or get them as birthday presents, it kind of seems unfair to have them give the benefit of what should have been earned through actually directly posting in GCeA by doing contests. My judgement kind of may be bent on the fact you got seven at once (not counting the egg), but it still seems kind of fair. Sound fair?
