Generation 2 Music Kickstarter Project

Johto Legends
Want to hear some Generation 2 Pokemon music in a brand new way?

Johto Legends, a proposed music album showcasing the sounds of the Johto region, currently has five days left in its current Kickstarter campaign.

The album promises a “One hour orchestral arrangement that will take you through the ups and downs of your journey through the Johto Region.” There are only five days to go and the campaign currently has just over 24,000 of its 30K goal. The campaign also promises rewards based on how much you can pledge, such as extra specific songs, as well as digital artwork.

The project is being managed by Braxton Burks who has previously done orchestral arrangements involving Pokemon music. He has previously release three albums: Kanto Symphony which contained orchestrated pieces for music from Pokemon Red & Blue, Hoenn Summer which featured orchestrated music from Pokemon Ruby & Sapphire, and Double Team! which featured orchestrated pieces from various Pokemon games. This will his third Kickstarter project. Braxton was also involved with Pokemon Symphonic Evolutions. The musicians that Braxton has gathered for this project have also  worked on Pokémon Symphonic Evolutions and The Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses — and some of their performances can be heard in games like Destiny, Dragon Age, Tomb Raider, and Minecraft.
