A glitch has been found within Pokemon X/Y during the last few days. This one involves saving within Lumiose City.
Just a fair warning out there for all you Pokemon X and Y users out there! There has been confirmation of a glitch that happens when you save in Lumiose City, where if you save, there is a chance for your game to freeze up and the only fix right now is to reset your entire game.

Please spread this around! I would hate it for somebody to have to reset their entire game cause of this glitch!
This glitch only happens when you save on the streets and alleys of Lumiose City. When you restart your game from your saved position outside, there is a chance that your game will freeze up. The only way to resolve this is to reset your game and start over from the beginning. There is only a chance that the glitch may occur and if you save from within a building like the Lumiose City Pokemon Center then you will be fine.
Glitches have been common within Pokemon games since Generation 1 and Gamefreak has done a better job in keeping them quiet. These glitches mostly occur in Japanese versions of the game and have been patched up before international releases. There has been no word from Nintendo or Pokemon concerning the issue but if the past is to be trusted, a patch will be released eventually.
