Going back all the way to the beginning of Pokémon, there have always been some burning questions. One of the biggest is “What’s life like inside a Pokeball?” This question’s been tackled various times, by various people. But what does Junichi Masuda think?
Thanks to an interview with Kotaku, we finally have our answer.
“I think it’s safe to say that it’s very comfortable inside inside of a Pokeball, it’s a very comfortable environment. Maybe the equivalent of a high-end suite room in a fancy hotel.”
This revelation is somewhat eye opening, but raises another question in and of itself. If Pokeballs are like fancy hotels, is Pikachu, known for his rebellious streak of not returning to his Pokeball, a fan of something more cost-effective?
