That is because this weekend from March 22nd to 24th will be Tera Raids for Brute Bonnet and Iron Hands. These will be 5 Star Tera raids.
If you are playing Pokemon Violet, Iron Hands will be found in Tera Raids. Meanwhile, if you are playing Pokemon Scarlet then you will find Brute Bonnet. Their Tera types will be random.
If you are missing either one of these Pokemon then you need to get into a Tera Raid this weekend! Best of luck in catching these Pokemon.
