Pokemon GO to Pokemon TCG! New TCG Set! UPDATE

    Pokemon GO TCG
    You will have a new reason to Pokemon GO to your local game store!

    Announced today, there will be a special Pokemon GO set for the Pokemon TCG. As of right now, we do not have too much information about the set.

    Set Details

    The Pokemon GO TCG set will be a collaboration between Creatures and Niantic.

    Based on the pack art, it looks like this set will include several different Pokemon such as Mewtwo, Pikachu, Blissey, Gyarados, Aipom, Larvitar and Conkeldurr. Professor Willow is also featured on the pack art.

    It is expected that we may see Professor’s Research (Willow) in this set as well. You may recall that this version of Professor’s Research was release last year if you purchased a Pokemon GO related item from the Pokemon Center website.

    A PokeStop is also featured on the pack art as well. Perhaps we will see a Stadium card relating to PokeStop?

    Lastly, based on the pack art, it looks as if the art will feature Pokemon in relation to Pokemon GO. For example, we see Blissey at a Gym in Pokemon GO.

    The Pokemon GO TCG set will be release in Japan on June 17th. There is no details on how or when Pokemon GO TCG set will be release in the United States.

    Update: The Pokemon GO TCG set will be release in the United States this Summer.
