Pokémon Rumble Rush to Cease Operations

The app is set to shutdown come July!

Going to way of Pokémon Duel, it has been confirmed that Pokémon Rumble Rush will cease service on July 22nd 2020 at 01:59 UTC meaning it’ll no longer be able to be downloaded, update or played. Alongside this, as of today, you will now longer be able to purchase any Poké Diamonds and there will be a refund for unused Diamonds starting July 22nd. This announcement has been a bit of a long time coming and was predicted by several fans based on the last few events, given that they were the first events where all Pokémon from a certain region was available.

With this, they have put out the plans until then. As our previous article stated, the Arceus Sea event begins today and lasts until May 6. In conjunction with that, the Shaymin Battle Royale Cup will last from April 22 until May 6 as well. Following that, the will be one more event titled “Greninja and the Wonders of Kalos” that runs from May 6th to May 27th, 2020. In conjunction with that, the Zygarde Battle Royale Cup will run from May 13th to May 27th. On May 27h an update adding even more Pokémon will go live. You’ll be able to go to many seas and see many Pokémon. Battle Royale will be powered up with special participation requirements, though the details of what this means are very limited. This will last until the game ceases services on July 22.

So be sure to enjoy these events while you can, explorers, as you haven’t got much time left!
