2014 Pokémon Spring Regionals Infographic

The Pokemon Spring Regional Championships will begin in early April this year and will feature both TCG and Video Game Championships. This will be the last time video game players will be able to qualify for a Travel Award to the US National Championships in Indianapolis this July! The video game regionals this year will feature Pokemon X and Y.

  • Athens, GA – April 5th-6th – (TCG both days, Video Game Apr. 6th only)
  • Overland Park, KS – April 5th-6th – (TCG both days, Video Game Apr. 6th only)
  • Seattle, WA – April 5th-6th – (TCG both days, Video Game Apr. 6th only)
  • Sturbridge, MA – April 5th-6th – (TCG both days, Video Game Apr. 6th only)
  • Madison, WI – April 12th-13th – (TCG both days, Video Game Apr. 13th only)
  • Salt Lake City, UT – April 12th-13th – (TCG both days, Video Game Apr. 13th only)

The regionals will be open to the public.  You must bring your own Pokemon X or Y Game and the system (3DS or 2DS) or a legal TCG deck depending on which (or both) competition you wish to participate in.  Tournaments will be conducted in a Swiss-style pairing, so all players play in each round until the finals.  There will also be many side events throughout the day.
