Team GO Rocket has big plans for Pokemon’s 25th anniversary
As we previously alluded to here, Team GO Rocket is planning something huge, and probably sinister, in preparation for Pokemon’s 25th anniversary.
This event takes place from today, February 2nd to February 7th, 2021 and will give you more reason to continue the fight over evil. More details have come out since, and we have it all right here.
New Shadow Pokemon
Team GO Rocket has stolen more Pokemon since their last takeover. Of course it will be your job to save them all. Newly captured Pokemon include: Swinub, Nosepass, Aron, Lileep, Anorith, and Spheal.
New Hatches From Strange 12K Eggs
The Strange Egg pool has rotated, these are the new and old Pokemon that can be found hatching from 12K eggs: Quilfish, Larvitar, Corphish, Absol, Skorupi, Sandile, Scraggy, Pawniard, and Deino. Most notably, Trubbuish has been removed from this pool, but the addition of Quilfish is….just as bad, if not worse.

So what about the dynamic duo? Well, all good things must come to an end. Jessie and James have hung up their hats and released Meowth into the wild, leaving behind their dastardly ways to become Pokemon Breeders.
Oh, we just received word, that’s not true, but rather they have slithered back into hiding along with the Shiny Celebi Research. The “Distracted By Something Shiny” quest line will no longer be available if you haven’t started it yet after Sunday, February 28th.
