This angers me in ways i cant explain. If its the ds games im annoyed. Because i didnt like either of them.

Dream Drop Distance is the 3DS game and yes. It takes place after the events of KH2 and is also a direct lead in to KH3. The secret scene too. 2.8 is like a....0.5 and 2.8 because it takes place after Birth by Sleep and before KH1, but transitions from that to after KH2 and after DDD....confusing as all mess, but yeah. Dream Drop Distance is VERY important to the story.

I rushed and bought a ps4 for a game thats not even the game i wanted. This series is a disorganized mess! Im going to return the used ps4 and just wait to buy one when i can play through the series in an order that makes sense

Birth by Sleep, KH 1, Chain of Memories, Re: Coded, KH 2, 358/2 Days (isn't very fun and verynlittle importance, so I'd recommend just watching a quick summary), DDD, and then 2.8 since it's the DIRECT lead in. At least that's how I'd order it.

2.8 does have Dream Drop Distance though and is remade to be better on the PS4. There's gonna be another PS4 game for ALL the important games to play coming out soon....probably before 3 too

That's a shame it's on it's way out, though. Sounds like the same way PE2K crumbled into the dust. Ah well, PXR is soooo much better than what PE2K used to be like.

I'm willing to bet money probably 80% of that is from the RP board

Yeah we still use it to talk and such but there's only like four to five active users anymore.
