Meghan got a good night sleep for once. She packed away the charts maps and notes and just closed her eyes. In the morning she was woken up by the sounds of children playing. Meghan was happy to see her teammates enjoying food and made her way over to grab some food. Before to long Nurse Joy appeared and asked the team a favor.

Meghan got up walking over to greet the pokemon. With Kyo right by her side the found the Zorua and Riolu hanging out near the back of the group.
"Thank we could train these two?" She smiled

With that an energetic set Squritle's appeared. They ran over and jumped on Meghan and Kyo and finally chased around Kaze. Who seemed to enjoy the two's energy. Rocky walked over.

"Hey, Meg, can you handle both of those Squirtles? I reckon one of them would be a fantastic counterbalance to Fury in combat. I will take one if you want." Rocky said

Meghan paused looking at the two.
" What do you think. Does one of you want to join Rocky?" She asked

The two paused
"Squritle Squrit!" the slightly bigger one said

Meghan lookeda the pokemon taking a second to figure out what it said.
"I think she is saying only if she can still play with her sister when not training."

Meghan paused

"That right?" She asked

The Squritle nodded.

" You heard the deal. As long as you dont mind these two running around playing with each other she'll give you a shot."

@brandon_g you are going to need to start making an effort to actually respond to others in the story. All of your posts are just about your trianer and his pokemon. Brandon needs to try to be apart of the group not always just watch whats going on.

Once the Paperwork was completed he strapped Brightblade across his back in a fashion he had seen in historic picture of knights on the battle field. It felt kind of cool, and somehow right. He stored Bitey in the storage system, and kept the squirtle out so that it could play with its sister.

"What tiem do the shops open around here?" Rocky asked Nurse Joy. "I want to get a better look at the stone emporium."

Alice woke up late the next morning. It had been a while since she'd slept in such a comfortable bed. Aster slept at the foot of her bed, keeping her feet warm. She nudged him awake. Once she was dressed and ready, she headed down to find the others.

" I have some good news for you and a favor to ask." Nurse Joy was saying as she arrived. " You see you guys brought in all of these pokemon and to be hones they dont have owners..maybe they can join you guys."

"Saur!" the shiny Bulbasaur was already by Aster's side. Alice grinned happily. This was a very rare Pokemon indeed. Not only because it was a female Bulbasaur but because of its colouring. She bent down next to it. "Hello little one, would you like to come with us?" She held out a Pokeball.

"Saur!" Aster said happily, nudging the Bulbasaur forward.

She stepped toward Alice a little nervously, then nodded. She tapped the ball with a vine and disappeared inside.

There were a few other Pokemon Alice was interested in. The fossils! She found the Shieldon first. It recognised her from the boat and ran over, not wanting to be left behind at the center.

"Will you join my team?" Alice asked. Aster looked on encouragingly.

"Don!" the Pokemon said happily. Alice reached down to hug it but the Pokemon was surprisingly heavy, so she settled for patting in on the back.

Lastly she found the Tirtouga. Alice kneeled down next to it. "Tirtouga," she said. "I research fossil Pokemon. I'd love the chance to learn from you and teach you too. Will you come with me?"

The Tirtouga seemed to consider for a long while. Before finally nodding.

"Saur!" Aster cried happily, and wrapped up the turtle in his vines, waving it in the air in a strange happy dance. The Tirtouga rewarded him with a water gun to the face, but Alice could tell the turtle was happy.

Rose couldn't believe they were being asked to take all these Pokemon. "They really have no owners?" Rose questioned. Before she could get any kind of answer, the beldum from earlier hovered up to her. "Do you... Do you want to join my team?" Rose questioned. The psychic and steel type let out a faint, barely audible buzzing sound in response. At the same time, she could feel something, but wasn't quite sure what it was. She thought that the Pokemon might have been trying to communicate with her telepathically, but that it wasn't strong enough. Rose smiled, holding out her hand to the small Pokemon.

Rose noticed an eevee in the group of Pokemon. She couldn't tell that it was a shiny eevee, but it still stood out to her. She walked up to it and knelt down in front of it. When the Pokemon remained still, she continued and gently brushed her hand across its back. She smiled.

Meghan proudly excepted the two pokemon. The little girl Squirtle climbed up on Kazes shoulder. As Nurse Joy proposed the idea of them joining the team. Meghan looked at the little squirtle.
"How about it?" She said lifting up the pokeball.

The little squirtle nodded.
"SQUIRTTTT SQUIRTLE!" she said

Then Meghans focused turned to the shy little Riolu. Who was next to Kyo and Zorua.
"I would really like for to join me. My friends here are super sweet." She smiled

Squirtle nodded.
"Squirtle!" She said

Riolu thought about it for a moment. Then nodded his head.
"Rio..." He said with a smile walking over to reach for Meghans hand.

After all was said and done it was time to take off. The team met Reese who was waiting for them in a van.
" Its time to go guys. One Island waits for no trainer." He joked jumping out to open the doors.

"Can I drive??" Ty said running over to the door.
" Can I see your Mega Pokemon again. How many megas do you have? Have you ever beat the champion? Have you ever seen a legendary pokemon like that pink one we saw by Surges hideout? What is the biggest pokemon you have ever seen?" ty said climbing into the passenger seat still asked.

Reese just joked awkwardly getting back. Stacy followed behind and sat in the second row of seats behind Ty.

"TY...give the guy a break."

"He is a great battler not an encyclopedia." She joked

The team climbed in and just like that they were on there way. Whatever business they had in Gem would now need to wait as they were on there way to One Island and all its joys. The trip to One Island took some time. Once the team reached the end of the island. Reese lead the team out to a ferry that made daily runs. As usual the Reese hung back. He seemed pretty set on staying on Gem at least for now.
" Im going to head over later hopefully we can meet up later."

On the ferry ride over the trainers got to see many different fist types swimming around but they were to far to get to. As they explored further they found the ferry had a dedicated battling area. As they got close to it they noticed a small group of travelers were standing around the area. The energetic crowd erupted as a shellder went sailing through the air. Its trainer broke through the line of trainers after the pokemon.

"Nooooo squirt face!" The big said sad running over to find the pokemon.

Ty ran ahead to see what was going on but stopped confused.
" Coolllll...but whose that pokemon.."

Stacy followed quickly to watch him but also looked confused as the rest of the trainers reached the battling area they noticed a pokemon that would have been foreign to all of them.

" True beauty comes with the grace of the sea.." She winked bending down to pat the seal on the head.

"Poooopp" It smiled nodding its head.

*Poppilo...The Seal pokemon. Poppilo love to perform many types of tricks..* No more available data. Pokedex Upgrade not available at this time.*

Ty ran out to see the pokemon.
"Uhh...what type of pokemon is that?" he asked

The swimmer smiled
"This is Poppilo..she is a very special pokemon. Sorry to cut you off but I need to go and get my partner checked out. She is a performing pokemon."

Poppilo made its way over stopping in front of Paul. It bumped him playfully and then turned back to the trainer. As more trainers came around the swimmer got distracted and wondered off.

After that the ferry kept going arriving at the port of One Island at around 1:30 pm. From there the trainers were finally back on track and heading for the museum to see the rare Dark Inquisitor Gem. Rose was the most determined out of the whole team to see this gem. however she had felt something growing in the pit of her gut. The closer she got to this gem the more she started to feel it. From the moment she stepped off the ferry she could feel her own powers rising. She no longer needed her partner to sense things and none of the others were even remotely aware of it. Even her psychic partner was unaware of the energy she could sense.

The road to One City was a beautiful brick road. Trainers played along the path. A berry cart sat closed along the side. The lady who owned it sat on the side having a lunch. The cart was lined with stickers from Hoenn. The list of berries seemed to run on. Before they could ask her questions Rose paused feeling a rain drop on her arm. She looked up and the sky was still clear but as she looked up a dark storm system was moving in from the south.

The rest of the trainers got distracted by some odd chit chat coming from trainers headed towards the docks.

" Man that was weird huh.." the trainer said

" Yeah man...that guy was creepy."

"Where did all of the Noctowls even come from?"

After everyone in the group was finished 'adopting' the pokemon they wanted, the group began to prepare to move on. Reese led them to a ferry, which they boarded, Reese, however, decided to stay behind for some reason. As they boarded, they noticed some water type pokemon in the waters around the ship, all of them were too far out for them to consider trying to get one. As the group walked through the ship, they came across a battling area, where there were alot of pokemon and trainers about. A couple people in the group noticed a strange pokemon they had never seen before, Brandon walked up to see for himself, indeed the pokemon was one he had never seen before. One of the trainers in the group reffered to their pokedex, but it didn't offer much information on it. Then someone talked to the trainer of the pokemon, who was a woman to try and get more info, they got only a little bit more info before a crowd of people started gathering and the woman disappeared.

Brandon turned to the others in the group and said "Well... That's that" then after pausing for a second, he asked "What do we want to do now? Do we battle and train here, do we go relax, go explore, do we stay together or do we split up? This ferry must have a number of activities we can do" .

Brandon wasn't sure what they should, but whatever they did, he hoped it would be somewhat fun and wouldn't involve sitting around.

Rose smiled at Reese's comment as they got in the van. For a whole 24 hours she had gotten to feel like a normal trainer. With Surge dealt with, she did feel a bit more free than she had before. But she knew that where they were heading next would likely bring them straight towards Dredd. But they couldn't let Dredd get the stone. They had to see it to make sure it would stay safe. Soon they had said bye to Reese and were on the ferry. Rose stuck close to the others as they explored.

The ship actually had an area for battling. Rose was surprised to see that on a ferry. As they approached, a Pokemon went flying out of the arena and a trainer came running out after it. Around the battle area they encountered a Pokemon she had didn't recognize. "Uhh...what type of pokemon is that?" Ty asked.

"This is Poppilo..she is a very special pokemon." The swimmer explained. Rose had never seen any Pokemon like it. The swimmer proceeded to leave with her Pokemon before anyone could ask anything else about it. Rose considered trying to do a battle in the arena, but decided not to.

Soon they were off the ferry and heading towards the museum. As important as she felt it was for them to see this gem, Rose had a bad feeling about this. As they got closer to the gem, She could begin to sense it. "Amirah?" Rose questioned quietly. The psychic type responded with a confused chime. She was the only one who could feel it. She felt a rain drop on her arm. "I think it's starting to rain." She said to the others. They seemed to be distracted by other trainer's conversations, and she was too focused on the energy she was sensing to try and get their attention.

Getting off the boat Rocky saw the Swimmer with her strange Pokemon. This definitely piqued his interest ... er ... the Pokemon ... and its trainer, both kind of piques his interest.

He watched the Pokemon and listened as its call. Pokemon usually said their name when they called out. Teh strange Pokemon called out. "Poooopp". This sent Rocky in a giggling fit!

"I think I'll skip the 'Poop' Pokemon!" he said quietly to his friends and walked away from the crowd.

They walked along the road, when Rocky saw a storm approaching he returned all of his Pokemon except Speedy and Flash Flood. The Little Squirtle was excited by the approaching storm.

Rocky listened in to some trainers talking. *OOC - I didn't ignore the NPCs this time. This is quite the accomplishment for me!*

" Man that was weird huh.." the trainer said

" Yeah man...that guy was creepy."

"Where did all of the Noctowls even come from?"

"Excuse me, fellow trainers!" Rocky said politely. "I couldn't help overhearing you conversation. What weirdness has been happening?"

The trainers slowed down.

"Dude havent you been to One City yet...it feels creepy there. Kind like that feeling of getting lost in the woods at night." One the trainers said

" Dont listen to my friend. We left because the pokemon started to get really...uhh..aggressive.." He said pausing

"Yeah..aggressive is one way of saying it. The cops had to get called in when these sickly looking pokemon started to charge at people. I hope those pokemon were alright." The first one said

" We just felt better leaving. The few people that got stratched seemed to get sick...Id rather not putting my friend or myself or our pokemon in danger. Im sure they already caugth those sick pokemon."

"Dude dude...dont forget the guy." The first one spoke up again getting louder.

"Oh yeah..there was a creep who was standing just outside the city as some of the people started to clear the area. He didnt say a word. Above him Noctwols just say in the dozens watching everythign going on. When we passed this guy i looked over at him and his eyes looked...dead.."
