~The Rules~
Obviously these are needed.

-ANYONE may request art.
-ANYONE may take on an art request that has been posted here.
-To take on an art request, quote the request you are accepting and send it and a confirmation of acceptance to the requester in ONE VM/PM.
-If you requested art and it has been accepted by someone then please edit your post to say ACCEPTED.

"I was wondering if someone can make me a sig with Charizard in it?"
I accept your request. ^^
