*wow lot happening in such a short time, I apologize for the lack of posting lately guys, just got a new job with more hours and I have less time nowadays in general. Please bear with me*

Things began happening very fast, Rose seemed to have found pokeballs, she then almost said Cerulean was in danger then handed each of them a pokeball, Brandon looked at it, it had a label that read 'Riolu', he thought having a Riolu would be cool, as it could evolve into Lucario.

He put the pokeball in his pack just as a hologram of porygon came on and began to explain in even greater detail about how Cerulean was in danger and also that Max's upgrade was somewhere south of Cerulean City, they were given an Alakazam to help them on the mission to get it. Then there was a mention of a 'dark power/energy' and tons of speculation among the group as to what it could be/mean. Brandon's mind, however, immediatellt shift back to the warning by the man with the special Mr. Mime. Brandon began to speak up "Dark Storm! Thats it, that is what the man who gave me the berries was reffering to, it must be getting ready to happen! I must finish giving you all these berries!".

Brandon handed out the berries to everyone in the group he haden't already.

*Seems like the perfect time to hand em out while everyone is still together and are on the subject. Also better to do it now while I will have the afternoon and evening off from work and am not busy. Please everyone take one, unless Max wants it done a diffirent way, in which case he can gm this and do so.*

Meghan had not been able to explain the series of events that just led to this. She took the pokeball and called out the pokemon.
"A FROAKIE!" She squealed

Before she had time to say anything the hologram started speaking and an Alazakam pooped out.

After it first spoke.
"Shoot dang! Another talking pokemon." She gasped and then awkwardly covered her mouth.

She listen to what it had to say, then listened to the others. Alice looked to her for support that of course she agreed with.

"Alice is right, yall. We need to settle down here for the night. We have been moving all day long. None of us are going to have the energy to fight another war..like this."

Alakazam mind processed information much faster than the human mind.
* For the sake of saving time. Dark Energy is a term used often by Pyschic types to describe dark magic and dark energy. Not unlike the dark type pokemon themselves. In specific two pokemon legends have dark energy radiating out of them. I would not dishonor this place by speaking their names. Pokemon like myself use energy to sense the world around us. We are connected to the world around us through are abilities. There should be no reason I can not focus and sense at least the energy around me. Needles to say if something is happening in Cerulean its to cloud now to see it. I have been trying to use future site but the vision comes back hazy. As far as your options go, I can not teleport through this haze. I need to be able to sense where I am going. I do believe it is in your best interest to camp here. Either outside or in the throphy room. We have cots.*

The hologram appeared.

The purple Kecleon came out from behind the counter.
"KECLEON!" she smiled.

Meghan looked over at the purple Kecleon with a big smile.

"Arent you just the cutest." She then looked back at the team.

"Im a fan of the outdoors myself." She joked however i would like to look around a little more. Maybe make some transfers.

"If im going to be walking into a potential team rocket attack I want to be ready this time." She said making her way to the PC.

Meg agreed that the group should stay put for now. Alice was relieved. She had no idea what was going to happen in Cerulean, but all this talk of dark storms made her sure that her dream was real after all. She had to keep the group away from Cerulean, no matter what.

Alice followed Meg to the PC. When Meg was done, she rearranged her team a little.

Alice headed into the trophy room with Plume. She hadn't really looked around in there yet. She looked down at the two badges clipped to her shirt and wondered if she would ever be good enough to win a trophy herself. Alice thought about Max. If her dream was real, then was he really hurt after all? This journey was nothing like she had expected.

Meghan made a few changes and then made her way outside. She found a tree near by and set up her tent and a lantern. After a few minutes the tent was in place and she sat back. She released the team so they could get fresh air. Nacht the Murkrow flapped around happily in the moonlight. Mosby yawn resting up against a tree with Sappy and Rei napping next to him. That just left the feisty young pokemon. Nidoran poked at Tidus who in turn sprayed water up at Nacht. Meghan sat there with Kaze just watching the pokemon play. As they did the bushes started to rustle and something slowly came out.

Meghan jumped up pulling out her Poketech and let the Dex scan the pokemon.
* Venonat is said to have evolved with a coat of thin, stiff hair that covers its entire body for protection. It possesses large eyes that never fail to spot even minuscule prey.*

She growled
"I hope venonat have not come searching and pokefood here.." She said looking to Nacht.

Murkrow flew up defensively sending a blast of air to knock the pokemon back. Venonat took off quickly disappearing momentarily only to return with more friends.

Meghan looked around and the angry bug type looked hungry for battle.
Tidus let out a loud growl with Nidoran kicking the dirt as a warning. Lila stepped forward but Meghan put her hand out.
"Lets see how they do!"

"Nacht move in with wingattack."

The Murkrow circled the ground knocking them back. The Venonat got up and moved in with a tackle.

"Double kick the dirt !"
Nidoran used double kick knocking the dirt into the air making a cloud of smoke.

"Tidus...clear the area with a water gun."

Totodile fired water out around area the blast sent a couple running. The few that were left moved for the battle.

With only one left Meghan noticed Murkrow was pecking at her bag. She opened it up to noticed the purple stone glowing.

Alice looked around the trophy room. She decided to send out Jedi, Max's Fennekin. She wondered what the Pokemon thought about being here. Was she missing Max?

The Fennekin looked around the room thoughtfully. She had a calm, almost aloof manner. She walked around the room, sniffing different areas and touching some of the trophies. All of a sudden, her eyes began to glow with a strange purple light.

The glow overtook her whole body, and when it was gone, Jedi had evolved! She now stood upright and carried a stick. Her eyes remained glowing purple. Alice knew that she was now a Psychic type.

"I guess the energy in this room triggered your evolution," Alice said thoughtfully. "I suppose you have strong memories of Max, right?" she said, facing the Braixen. "We are going to try and find him. Will you help us?"

Jedi's eyes stopped glowing. She bowed to Alice.

Alice nodded once. "Thank you. Why don't we have a training session?" she asked.

The Braixen bowed her head again, and followed Alice and Plume outside. A little way off, Meg was standing with a giant bird Pokemon. She had obviously been doing some training too.

Alice sent out Citrus. The Butterfree trilled happily, spinning in the air.

"Alright Citrus, Jedi, let's get started!"

Alice watched the Pokemon spar. Citrus was much stronger at first, with Jedi unused to her new body. But the fox was learning quickly. Eventually her eyes flashed purple and Citrus froze in midair. Jedi had managed a full fledged Psybeam attack.

"I know it's weird, but now I'm positive that dream I had was real. Max warned us to keep away. I should we should avoid Cerulean altogether." She said, frowning.

Rocky followed the others outsid ready to go and see what was happening in Cerulean. His team was ready for a fight and he was looking forward for a challenge. Surely this wasn't as bad as everyone seemed to think. It would be another chance to train his Pokemon.

Once they were outside the secret base Rocky let his Pokemon out to stretch their legs. It was a nice walk until suddenly a group of wild venonat attacked.

One of the Venonat charged at Rocky's Pokemon. Professor needles seemed to barely give it any attention as he flicked his tail at the Venonat and left it stunned in the grass.

Alice walked over to join Meghan who was sitting on her sleeping bag. Near by she could see the three big pokemon sleeping. Kaze layed next to Meg with Nidorino and Croconaw sleeping on top of each other. Nacht sat in the tree an let out a soft caw as Alice came over. The big dark type was watching her carefully. Meg smiled.

" Nacht, Speedy and Pins evolved." She said softly

When Alice mentioned the dream Megs ears perked up. She felt her stomach drop. Max was a swore subject to all of them. She thought the pokemon she had gotten. Maybe she should swap it in but now didnt seem to be the right time. She got her focus back remembering all the strange stuff that had been happening.
" Something is going on beyond anything we understand. Dark energy, old men with visions of the future...and now max's base and his pokemon. We have hit a rough patch but if something happens we should do something. I dont know if I could live with myself otherwise."

As she responded Rocky made his way over having battled back one of the venonats. He joked about it joining the two on the ground.
" Im still hoping its just a couple of rattatas .." she joked

" No offense Speedy." She smiled

"Seriously though we should get some sleep..I think Cerulean City will be okay without us for a night."

*At this rate I will never get rid of these berriee, no body is taking them, just going to have you do it @Mad Max , otherwise my character will be stuck in his current predicament of handing out the berries in the base.*

After a few minutes of unsuccessfully attempting to hand out the berries to those who didnt have one already, Brandon decided to look around for Meghan, he thought he had seen her go outside, ~~so after a quick swap of a pokemon so he could start training his new Riolu~~, he deciddd to head outside to find her.

He let out the Riolu along with the rest of his team, he introduced himself and his pokemon to the baby fighting type. "Hello there, It is nice to meet you, my name is Brandon and I am a pokemon trainer, these fellas here *gestures to his pokemon* are my partners in crime, we work very well together. The Charmeleon there is Skipper, he has the role of team leader and will do everything to defend and protect me and his fellow pokemon, we hope you will like us and will join us". The Riolu seemed ok and even happy to join them, they then walked together outside, Brandon spotted Meghan and walked over to her. He handed her the rest of the berries and said "I hope you wouldn't help handing the rest of these out, I haven't been having much luck in doing so myself, your our leader, you should have better luck". Then one of the wild pokemon walked past and Brandon shouted for his Riolu to attack it.

The Riolu nodded and with the full shouting support of his fellow pokemon behind him, ran at one of them and perform a punch, kick, tackle manuver. Taking out the pokemon swiftly.

Afterward, Riolu seemed stronger.

Rose began to question if they were doing the right thing. Is this what Max would have wanted them to do? Hide and wait for the "darkness" to pass? Or would he have wanted them to help? was there anything they even could do? These questions went through her head as she headed out of the base to help set up camp. "Would we be safer inside?" Rose questioned. She couldn't help but feel something terrible was going to happen. This was more than a feeling considering Max, if it had really been him, had basically told her it was. She was still shaken by what she had been told.
