You don't have to catch them all yourself! You're supposed to work as a team to fill the dex for your team. Your team only needs to find each Pokemon once, but if you personally want to find them all, that's up to you!

Maybe organising your team to each search a different forum could be helpful or something!

Pokemon in the dex up to Venonat are available right now. Though some are at different times of day :)
