This is a good idea but I think it's best to disallow ranting about other members cos really, that person will 99% be able to tell even if you think you're being sneaky. xD And even if you're not actually ranting about them, if you've had a confrontation with them recently then they might be paranoid that you are. So yeah best to avoid that altogether, so I added a little note in your post. Otherwise this is a good idea and I hope it helps people let off steam! :)
