I learned today that Australians say "tiggy" and nearly nobody else does. xD For the game "tag." We call it tiggy.

I found this really funny. Tiggy XD.

I think there are a lot of things like that, that we don't even realise. xD

The other day my grandma was telling me when she first came to Australia, someone invited her to a BBQ and told her to "bring a plate". So she brought an empty plate along because she thought it meant they didn't have enough plates for everyone, rather than to bring some food. xD

That's pretty funny! A lot of people say "bring a plate" where I live, too. And tiggy? I can't even imagine. Seems just so odd!

I live in Scotland, so people sometimes don't understand my Scottish things. Like "jobby". Nobody gets that one.

While we're on topic, Canadians actually do say "eh?" a fair amount, at least from my experience.

Tiggy? Haha...I couldn't help but notice it seeing as my username is just one letter away from it.

I tend to come off as possibly Canadian in other IRC channels because, well, eh... Darn it!

I am from Canada and I never say "eh", nor know people who do! People who live in Newfoundland tend to say it but not in most of the country. :)
